Join Rosie Holmes and Ceramic artist Jess Skelton for an experiential and playful afternoon/evening of embodied contemplative practice at the iconic Farnham Pottery. We will be exploring the various ways that clay can be used in practices such as mindfulness, embodiment and connecting with the heart.
Contemplative Pedagogy Network Symposium 2023:
This 3-day residential symposium is an opportunity for Higher Education educators to discover, further and share understandings and experiences of contemplative pedagogy. Within the beautiful surroundings of Dartington Hall, this event (organised by Rosie Holmes and the CPN steering group) will weave workshops together with invited speakers and open sessions for inquiry, sharing experiences and discussion, kindness, rest and conviviality.
Mindfulness at the Physic Garden in Petersfield (2-day course)
Unwind, breathe and meditate at Petersfield’s hidden gem of a garden. This 2-day course in mindfulness will guide participants in developing increased self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a greater sense of ease and well-being. With an emphasis on self-kindness, we will learn a variety of mindfulness meditations and practical ways to integrate mindfulness into daily activities at work, home and in relationships.
